The founder, Michael O'Rourke brings a decade of experience in the areas of mergers and acquisition, corporate development and strategic investments. Prior to founding S4V Capital, Michael lead the Corporate Strategy and M&A team for a large Midwest outdoor company, where he guided the organizations growth strategy to become one of the leaders in the outdoor industry.
